Knowing where you are, is as important as knowing where you are going - individually as well as a team. How is your communication, your productivity, your leadership? And what is the quality of your urgency and trust? And how engaged is everyone and how enabled to bring the best version of themselves to the tasks and mission hand? We leverage a number of thoughtfully developed, mature and field-tested assessment tools - including OCAI, MLQ, Instinctive Drives, and Gordians to help you gain insight, clarity and alignment on “what is so.” The assessment and diagnosis will be tailored to each team's specific needs and situation. We start this process with an initial situational awareness profile (SAP) - answering the question..."what is going on" before diving into "what is really going on." Typically, this includes a set of confidential 1on1 interviews, which we review in thematic aggregated format.

Does Culture really matter? We say absolutely YES! In fact, some of us might say that "culture trumps strategy." Who you are as a team – your mindset, your beliefs, your identity, your values will drive your actions and results – and your ability to navigate & negotiate the obstacles and opportunities of your go-forward strategy. We believe that in business culture is often an afterthought or that it is treated as a paradox – an either/ or. But we believe, that as with all paradoxes they must be managed – not from one extreme to the other in an endless infinity loop - but rather together simultaneously and in sync. We believe it is important to sensitize, manage, execute and drive towards excellence in both.... in fact, all three - strategy, structure and culture. We ask: “Who Will You Be, To Do What You Are Aiming To Do?” and then work with you to close the gaps between the forward vision and current state.
